                     Deborah Besenhofer

                    Deborah is the Director of Marketing and Administration and has over
                    seven years experience in the banking and financial industry working with
                      some of the top lenders in the marketplace. She has worked as a paralegal
                    with LaSalle Bank in the Asset Based Lending Department. Debbie
                    has a Bachelor of Science degree in
                    Finance from DePaul University.

Dave Besenhofer

Dave is the President of Jasco Construction and has been involved with

Forest and Lake Geneva, WI. In addition, Dave has managed a number of
impressive condo projects in downtown Chicago, and the result of one of

Interior Design Magazine. Dave has an outstanding reputation for his
